We purchased a sectional from the Northpark Arhaus this past summer. Anyone can write a Trustpilot review. Say what? My residence wont be ready for weeks. Items that are returned or exchanged due to size will be refunded only in the form of a store gift card minus the initial delivery fee and/or restocking fee. Shoppers typically enjoy the look and quality of the of the Arhaus dining pieces available, although the prices can be high. For as costly as the furniture the customer service is really bad. I have spoken to numerous managers, concierge managers and etc and so far nothing. I have no issues with the quality of the furniture. I will rather go to Bob's furniture. Here I am 3 months later and issue still not resolved. They are awful at customer service and do not stand behind their product. We have purchased gorgeous coffee table after seeing it on floor.
